Dr.Ramezan Dowlati is Assistant Professor of Psychology on the Loudoun campus

of Northern Virginia Community College.  He has training in developmental and

educational psychology and educational  administration and planning. He also is

continuously upgrading his knowledge and skills in information technology, hardware

 and software.
