Dr. Elizabeth Wilcoxson is Assistant Dean of Humanities, Human Services
and Social Sciences; and, Director of International Studies at Northern Essex
Community College in Haverhill, Massachusetts. After 25 years of teaching history
at the College, she moved into her present position in 1995. She holds an A.B.
degree from Gordon College, and M.A. from Northeastern University and a Ph.D.
from Boston College. Her areas of specialization are Modern Europe and Russia.
Dr. Wilcoxson has been involved with ECCSSA for over twenty years.
She has served several terms on the Board of Trustees and as Board Chair.
Her interests include travel, reading, and walking. She lives in Newburyport, Massachusetts with her two cats and rabbit.
